Part 1: Do you ever stop thinking about something because what you’re thinking about brings up too many emotions. Whether they’re good or bad, sometimes it’s “easier” not to think about them. So instead we think about the event, or thing, without the emotion attached. Or we don’t think about the thing at all. A lot of us have been doing it our whole lives.
