.Wherever you are, be all there.

There are places in this world that take our breath away every time we visit. Just the thought of the next visit lifts the everyday weights and eases the mind. My place is on the west coast. The crisp ocean air with a light sea spray that carries the fresh scent of trees, salt, and seaweed. The expectation of rain but a glimpse of sun. The sound of waves crashing against rocks or rolling over the perfectly smooth out stretching sand.

There's no place on this earth that I'd rather be. Tofino and Ucluelet have had my heart as far back as I can remember... I sometimes wonder if it's because it holds so many memories, times of being young, anticipation of family trips.

Would I appreciate it more if my first time visiting was now?
No.... I don't believe I couldn't ever appreciate it more than I do now. It just keeps getting better...

It doesn't matter where you come from, where you go, how you say it, or how you feel it, there will always be that one refreshing, uplifting place that you love more than any other place you've ever been.

"In 1914 it was demolished by a tidal wave and replaced by a traditional lantern. The lighthouse is currently automated and un-manned".
